Andrea Ledesma, 69, of Sanger, California, passed away peacefully in her own home on September 26, 2025, surrounded by her loving family after a courageous five-year battle with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases.

Born on February 13, 1956, in Michoacán, Mexico, to the late Marcelino Ledesma and Andrea Martinez, Andrea immigrated to California as a single parent with her two children, Anna and Guillermo. Through determination and tireless effort, she built a fulfilling life for her family. Andrea worked relentlessly, often walking miles between Parlier, Del Rey, and Sanger, to provide for her loved ones. Her perseverance enabled her to purchase a vehicle and her own home, a testament to her strength and dedication. Her family was her greatest priority, and she ensured they were always cared for.

Andrea is survived by her daughter, Anna Ontiveros, and her spouse, Eli Ontiveros; her son, Guillermo Ferris-Sánchez, and his spouse, Bruce Ferris-Sánchez; her grandchildren, Shantey Hernandez and her spouse, Moises Hernandez, Christian Hernandez, Eileen Hernandez, Elianna Ontiveros, and Elijah Ontiveros; and 11 great-grandchildren, all of whom she cherished deeply.

Andrea's legacy of love, resilience, and family devotion will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be profoundly missed.
