Mr. Aurelio "Butch" Betancourt, born November 12, 1945, in Weslaco, Texas, passed peacefully in his home surrounded by family. At the age of 16 he moved to Sanger, California, seeking greater opportunities and a better life. With a strong faith in God as his foundation. Aurelio married the love of his life, Lupe, with whom he shared 57 wonderful years. Together they raised a loving family, instilling values of faith, service, and dedication.

Aurelio was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and hardworking provider. He proudly served as a manager at Rich Products Corporation for 34 years and built a legacy of hard work and perseverance. Aurelio will be remembered as a family man who treasured traveling, making memories, and spending time with his family. His life was a testament to faith, love, and devotion to family. He is survived by his devoted loving wife Lupe Betancourt, and his children Aurelio Jr. Betancourt and his wife Karen; Sandra Betancourt- Garcia and her husband Juan; David Betancourt and his fiancé Nancy.

Aurelio leaves behind a legacy through his Grandchildren Katelyn Betancourt, Madelyn Welch and her husband Chad; Roman Betancourt, Marisol Garcia, Monica Garcia, and Juanito Garcia. As well as his Great Grandson Maverick Welch. He was preceded in death by his parents Roman and Seferina, and his brother Andy.
