A service and celebration of Carl's life will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Fellowship Church, located at 737 Church Ave, Sanger, CA 93657.
One thing Papa always told us girls was, 'Don't work too hard.' Of course, we'd always laugh and tell him, 'No, you don't work too hard,' knowing full well he was going to go right back out and work harder than anyone else. That was just who he was. He believed in hard work, dedication, and taking care of the people he loved. So today, I want all of you to remember his favorite saying: 'Don't work too hard.' But also remember the example he set for all of us—work hard, help others, and take pride in what you do, just like Papa did every day of his life."
