Clara Grace Homen Cisneros, passed away peacefully on Sunday November 24,2024 surrounded by her family.

Clara was born to Joaquin and Josephine Homen on January 20,1944 in Laton Ca.  She was one of six children raised on a small family ranch on Harlan Ave. She married her husband of 63 years, John D. Cisneros, on February 23,1961. They have four children, Felisa Navarro (Juan), John Cisneros Jr. (Christy), Richard Cisneros (Jennifer) and Luis Bouciegues (Dolores). 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren complete her loving family.

Clara enjoyed all things family related.  She loved to visit family anytime the opportunity presented itself.  She was a life long homemaker who thoroughly enjoyed being outside whenever possible.  She was the family birthday queen. All family near and far could be assured a phone call on their special day.

She really loved having her grandchildren over any time she could. They were introduced to grammas perfect cup of coffee and cream of wheat for those who wanted it.  She had a tradition of playing UNO with each of them at an early age, making sure they said the correct number and color of each card. You could also find her on the ground playing any one of their favorite games, real or make believe.  When you got older, gramma would test your skills on the basketball court with a mean game of PONY. Boy, could that leftie shoot hoops!

Clara, Mom, Gramma, Ava, will be deeply missed by all those left to mourn her passing. Her family takes great solace in knowing she no longer hurts but is restored through her faith and joined the rest of our family Saints watching over us.
