Danny Carl Farnesi was born on July 4, 1924 and passed away on March 22, 2023.  Danny served in the United States Navy during World War II. He was a long time resident of Sanger where he was a Farmer and Winemaker.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Phyllis Bender Farnesi. Danny is survived by his children, Julie Small and son-in-law Charles, Jim Farnesi and daughter-in-law Teri, Jack Farnesi and daughter-in-law Lisa, and Mick Farnesi and son-in-law Sergio Hurtado. In addition, he is survived by his five grandchildren;  Alyson and Emily Small (Children of Julie and Charles Small), Selena, Marissa, and Anthony Farnesi (children of Jack & Lisa Farnesi), and a great grandson Oliver Seagle (son of Emily Small and Scott Seagle).

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 5 ^th at 10:00 a.m. at the Sanger Cemetery. A reception to celebrate Danny's life will immediately follow the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fresno State Alumni Association in Danny's name.
