Domingo Rios was born on October 20th, 1954 in Montemorelos, Nuevo León, Mexico. He was the first born of 10 children. He worked with his grandfather, a rancher and grew up to love working with horses and livestock. At the age of 19 he met the love of his life and got married two years later on July 24th of 1976. They had three children: Raquel Rios (1977), Sergio Rios (1979), and Norma Rios (1990). In 1994 he moved to Sanger, CA and resided there with his wife, Tomasa G de Rios.

He was a very great and hard working man, amazing husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was very loved by his family and friends. He enjoyed spending time with his loved ones. He was a grandfather of six grandchildren: Katelyn, Vivi, Jose Domingo, Sergio, Antonio, and Andres. His passion was horses and music.
