Estella 'Stella' Alonzo was born in McAllen, Texas on September 24, 1950 to Blas Alonzo and Ramona Contreras (Cuevas). She lived a majority of her life in Sanger, California with her family close by.   Stella loved socializing with her friends from all walks of life and was friendly to all who knew her. She loved sitting outside of her apartment, 'people watching', while smoking a cigarette.  She loved scary movies and loved telling spooky stories. She enjoyed riding the Sanger Transit around town to scout the newest finds at thrift shops and chat with friends along the way.  Stella passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 15, 2023. She is survived by her children, Alicia Pinedo, Tracy (Alonzo) and Bryan Morgan, Philip and Claudia Venegas, Jeff and Marlene Alonzo and Joie "Chena" Maldonado, 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.  Stella will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
