Mr. Freddie Murrieta of Fowler passed away peacefully and surround by his loving family on Thursday September 25, 2025.  Freddie was born March 26, 1948 in Fresno, California to Ralph and Alice Murrieta.  Freddie proudly served 2 tours during the Vietnam War protecting his nation. He met and married the love of his life Sylvia and went on to have 3 children together. His pride and joy was his four grandchildren. Freddie was happiest when his family was gathered together for Sunday lunch, vacations at the beach house, and watching the kids at their activities.

He is survived by his loving wife Sylvia Murrieta, daughter Judy and husband Darin, a son Joaquin and wife Andrea, grandchildren, Jake, Lauren (husband Eric) Elaine, and Liberty.  He was preceded in death by a son Freddie Boy Murrieta in 1993
