In Loving Memory of Gustavo Trevino De Ochoa
Gustavo Trevino De Ochoa, 81 years old, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2024, at 12:45 pm, surrounded by his devoted family. Born in General Teran, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, on February 9, 1943, to parents of Anaclento Trevino and Petra De Ochoa. He spent his life upholding the same values of courage, hard work, loyalty, and grit that he admired in the cowboys from the classic western movies he loved so much.
For 59 wonderful years, Gustavo Trevino De Ochoa was married to his beloved wife, Amparo Trevino, sharing a life full of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Together, they raised three children: Migdalia, Gustavo Jr., and Noemi, who were the pride of his life. He was a grandfather and very proud of his four grandchildren: Jacob, Jessica, Dylan, and Cole, whose lives were forever enriched by his wisdom, humor, and endless stories.
Gustavo could often be found enjoying his favorite western films, drawn to the tales of the rugged heroes, the horses they rode, and their adventurous frontier lives. His love of these films reflected his own character—resilient, strong, and loyal.
Professionally, Gustavo worked as a forklift driver. His commitment and hard work earned him the respect and admiration of his peers. But it was his role as a husband, father, and grandfather that brought him the most joy.
Gustavo is survived by his wife, Amparo; his three children Migdaila, Gustavo Jr., Noemi, their spouses David Vasquez, Carolina Trevino, Matthew Schwartz, and his four grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica, Dylan, and Cole. He leaves a legacy of love, strength, and precious memories that will remain in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
