July 20, 1944 - November 19, 2022

Mrs. Jeanne Delores Cox, age 77, passed away peacefully with her husband Jim of 55 years by her side holding her hand.

Jeanne was born in Sanger, CA. on July 20, 1944, one of two daughters of Robert & Myrtle Harper and graduated Sanger High School in 1962. She graduated from Fresno State with a master's degree and taught special education for 37 years for Clovis Unified.

Jeanne met her husband Jim Cox while attending Sanger High School together and have been married for 55 years. Traveling, reading, spending time at Shaver Lake with sister Carol, visiting grandkids, visiting Kauai, and activities with friends were some of her favorite things to do.

She is survived by her husband Jim, sister Carol, daughters Jamelle and Jenae, son Jered, seven grandsons; Adam, Caleb, Ryan, Karter, Colton, Tyler, Ethan, and granddaughter Harper.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 9th, 2022, 10:00am at New Hope Church in Clovis. Following the church service there will be a funeral escort precession to the graveside service to Sanger Cemetery.
