Jil Renee Starkey loving wife, mother and grandmother peacefully passed away on Wednesday September 11th, 2024 at the age of 64. A friend to many, she left behind a legacy of kindness, hope, courage and strength.
She was born to Ray and Ann Standlee on August 29th, 1960. She was raised in Sanger, California where she attended Sanger High and graduated class of 1979.
Jil loved singing and dancing she enjoyed nature and all animals, from feeding the squirrels to taking care of her horse Honey. Peace was being outside.  When Jil wasn't outside she was either working or going to night school where, she earned her certificate as an Medical Assistant. Jil knew from the beginning she wanted to be involved with the community by helping others and providing services to those in need. In 2000 Jil became the first female owner, operator of Hope Medical Transportation. Hope Medical is still open and thriving till this day with 42 employees and 16 vehicles. Providing, medical transportation service all throughout California.
She is survived by her husband Kevin Doyle,  daughter Jamie Borgert, son in law Joey Montellano and granddaughter Lilyanne Montellano, her sister Janet Nelson, Nephew Sean and his wife Codie Nelson and great nephews Nick and Jeffery.
She is preceded in death by her parents Ray and Ann Standlee.
