Kathryn also worked as an election worker for the City of Sanger. She also volunteered her time as a Class Mom to help chaperone field trips and help with classroom events while both daughters were in grammar school.
Kathryn loved cooking, gardening, music, and having a good laugh with family and friends.
She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who was always there when family and friends needed her most, offering support, wisdom, and love in abundance.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gordon Heinle after 47 years of marriage and her parents Edwin and Lenora Gutjahr of Sanger, CA.
She is survived by daughter Lori DeGiovanni, her husband Dave DeGiovanni of Clovis CA, their daughter Stephanie DeGiovanni of San Luis Obispo, CA, and daughter Judi Heinle of Clovis, CA.
