Kerri Lei

Starts at 11:00 am (Pacific time)
Kerri Lei Westrick will be remembered for her loving heart, positive spirit, and unwavering willingness to help others. Born in Reedley, California, Kerri built a life centered on family, education, and caring for those around her. She graduated from Sanger High School and went on to become a proud graduate of Fresno State University.
Teaching was an important part of Kerri’s life. She dedicated much of her life to education, working at Citrus Middle School, Silas Bartsch Elementary, Bozeman Elementary in Florida, and Teague Elementary School in Fresno. Her commitment to teaching reflected her natural desire to help others and make a positive difference in their lives. Through her years as an educator, she touched the lives of students and families and shared her caring spirit with the school communities she served.
Kerri shared more than 26 years of marriage with her husband, John. Together, they built a life filled with love, family, and treasured memories. Her family was her greatest joy, and she loved her children and grandchildren more than words could ever express. She is survived by her husband, John Westrick; her three daughters, Breanna Sanchez, Kaylee Pulido, and Sara Westrick; her son, Luke Westrick; her five beloved grandchildren, and her two brothers, Jim and Lauren Bebee. She also adored her little dog, Nonobaby (a.k.a. Puppers), who was a cherished member of the family and held a special place in her heart.
Kerri had a wonderful way of bringing positivity into the lives of those around her. She was loving, generous, and always ready to lend a helping hand. She also had a funny, clumsy side that her family knew and loved. She was, affectionately, a total klutz, and those little moments were part of what made her uniquely Kerri. Her family will always treasure the laughter, smiles, and unforgettable memories that came with being around her.
Kerri loved traveling across the United States on family road trips. The places explored, adventures shared, and time spent together created memories her family will cherish for years to come. For Kerri, these trips were about more than the destinations; they were opportunities to spend time with people she loved and experience life together.
Kerri’s passing leaves a tremendous void in the lives of her family, friends, former students, and colleagues. She will be deeply missed, but the love she gave, the kindness she showed, and the memories she created will remain in the hearts of those who knew her. Her positive spirit, generous heart, and devotion to her family will never be forgotten.
Kerri will forever be loved, dearly remembered, and profoundly missed.
