Leticia C. Gutierrez was born on June 29, 1953 in Fresno, California, and she peacefully passed away in her home on March 28, 2025. She grew up in Sanger California and Graduated from Sanger High School. She went on to work for the Sanger Police Department before getting her teaching credentials at Fresno State University, becoming an Early Intervention Specialist. She moved to Indio, California, where she married, was a teacher, and had two children. She leaves behind her son, Jess-Aaron Gutierrez, who resides in the Bay Area, her daughter, Stefanie Russo (Gutierrez), and son-in-law, James Russo, who reside in South Carolina. Leticia also leaves behind 5 grandchildren: Eliah (17); Mielle (16); Nico (6); Savanah (3); and Selena (1), as well as her brothers, Johnny Ybarra, Eddie Saenz, and Gapito Cavazos.
