Louie,60, also known as Perico to many of his friends, passed away February 2, 2024. Louie was born in Fresno, California on January 9, 1964 to Nicolasa and Jesus Hernandez.

Louie was raised in Fowler for the first years of his life then spent the remainder of his years in Sanger. He was the baby of 7 kids and the true definition of Mama's Boy. Although Louie never married he was definitely known as a ladies man in his younger days and took much pride in looks and attire. Louie's loyalty ran deep, not only with the family he was born into but also with the family he created for himself. Building friendships that turned into a brotherhood. Louie is preceded in death by his parents Nicolasa and Jesus, his sister Bertha and his Niece Stephanie. He is survived by his siblings Joey, Mary, Jesse, Edward and Tony, God Daughter Jessica, nieces, nephews and countless friends.
