Michele Nancy Nabors passed away August 15, 2022.  She was born March 12, 1947 to Jesse and Jacqueline Eyer in Fowler, California and she lived her entire life in Fresno.  Michele's career spanned 32 years at the IRS and after retirement she worked at the Fresno County Fairgrounds.

Michele was best known for her big heart, generosity and love of animals.  She had a collection of goats, chickens, dogs and cats that she loved unconditionally and they gave her such joy.  Over the years she rescued countless critters and either gave them a home or found one for them.

Michele is preceded in death by her father and mother and her sister, Denise Kellerhals.  Michele is survived by her sister, Claudette Gillis and her husband Frank; nieces Kimberly Hill and Brenda Carrillo and nephew Adam Condee and their families.

Michele was a wonderful daughter, sister, aunt and friend who was always thoughtful and kind.  She will be missed by her family and friends and we are blessed to have beautiful memories of her that we will cherish.

A celebration of Michele's life will be held Saturday, Oct. 29 at the Fresno Fairgrounds in the Mineral room at 11:00 AM
