Nicolas G.
Pruneda
Apr 2, 1956 — Oct 14, 2025
It is with deep love and sorrow that the family of Nicolas G. Pruneda announces that he peacefully passed away at his home on October 14, 2025, surrounded by the comfort of his family.
Born on April 2, 1956 to his wonderful mother Juanita, in McAllen, Texas - Nicolas spent his life in Sanger, CA; where he built a home and family filled with devotion, hard work, and love.
As a proud Veteran of the United States Army, Nicolas served his country with honor and integrity. His discipline, strength, and quiet humility were the same values he carried into his roles as a husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.
He is survived by his beloved wife Francisca, his son Nicolas Jr., his daughter Margaret; brothers Carlos, Ruben, & Rafael; nephews & nieces and the rest of his family and friends. To them, and to all who knew him, he was a pillar of dedication, warmth, and wisdom – a man whose love and guidance shaped those around him.
Nicolas found joy in working with his hands—whether he was tinkering in the garage, building something new, or repairing what others thought was beyond saving. He loved spending time with the ones dear to his heart, the outdoors, he would often be found fishing, exploring nature, and simply taking in the beauty of a quiet afternoon at home. His curiosity and craftsmanship left behind not just projects, but lasting memories of patience, creativity, and care.
Above all, Nicolas was a devoted husband whose unyielding love and compassion for his wife were a lifelong testament to partnership and faith. That same love extended to his children, brothers, family, & friends. He shared a bond built on loyalty, laughter, stories, and mutual respect with those close to him. The strength of those connections, and the lessons he instilled, continue to live on through the lives he touched.
His presence will be profoundly missed, but his legacy lives on in the hearts of those he loved and in the countless moments he made meaningful.
