Mrs. Ninfa Nora Barela, born on December 1, 1954, in Raymondville, Texas, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was 70 years old.
Nora was the heart of her family — a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Her nurturing nature and quiet strength provided comfort, guidance, and a sense of home to those who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her daughter, Tina Barela, and son-in-law Clayborne H Williams  II of  Parlier; her son, Freddie Barela, and daughter-in-law Suzie  Barela of Fowler; and her daughter, Erica Alatorre, and son-in-law Steve Alatorre of Fresno. She was a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Nora also leaves behind her sister, Norma Ramirez of Visalia; brother, Mario Castillo of Reedley.
Her memory will live on through the stories shared, the traditions passed down, and the deep love she gave so freely. Nora's family will forever cherish the legacy she leaves behind — one of love, resilience, and unwavering devotion.
