Rose Marie Lopez passed away very unexpectedly on December 29, 2022 at Clovis Community Hospital.

Rose Marie was born on August 19, 1958, to Jose Ozuna Sr. and Margaret Ozuna in Raymondville, Texas.

Rose is survived by Leodoro Lopez, her husband of 45 years, her children Adrian Lopez, Elliott and wife Kristen Lopez, daughter Erica Teresa Lopez and fiancé Erick Bennett; her mother, Margaret and her brother Joe Ozuna, sisters Janie Ozuna and Kimberly Ozuna, as well as her much loved and adored nieces and nephews.

Rose was preceded in death by her father and brother Timothy Ozuna.

Early in life, Rose moved to Del Rey, CA, and graduated from Sanger High School in 1977. It was at this time that she met her valentine, Leodoro. Their love blossomed and were married on February 13, 1977 in Reno, Nevada.

Rose and Leodoro relocated to Clovis, CA in 1995 with their three children. She worked at Clovis Community Hospital for many years and was looking forward to retirement and spending her golden years with close friends and family.

As a woman of faith, Rose was an active member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Rose always enjoyed the weekly fellowship after mass and the comfort that her faith provided.

A Rosary will precede the Graveside services on Wednesday, January 18th at 4pm at Wallin Funeral Home in Sanger, CA.

Graveside services will be on Thursday, January 19th at 11am at the Sanger Cemetery.

Rose Marie's children and husband would like to thank her co-workers at Clovis Community for the exceptional care she received in the Emergency Room and all of the friends and family for the outpouring of love and prayers they have received at this time.
