Sharon passed away peacefully on October 28, 2023, after a year-long battle with complications caused by multiple strokes.

Sharon was born on June 29, 1946, in Sanger, where she resided her whole life.

On October 7, 1967, she married the love of her life, Kenneth LoBaugh.
They enjoyed 56 wonderful years of marriage. They had one child, Danisha.

Sharon worked more than 20 years as a secretary. She started at the First United Methodist Church in Sanger and then worked at Bethel Christian School in Sanger for 12 years until she retired.

Sharon and Ken enjoyed spending time at the coast, going out to eat with friends, and made attending church a priority, where Sharon served as worship leader and womens ministry leader for many years.

Sharon is survived by her husband Ken, daughter Danisha, son-in-law Quintin and granddaughter Haley. She is also survived by her brother Ron Dooms and his sons Kevin & Keith, along with nephew Ken Biggs, nieces Patti Abshier & Victoria Peters, brother-in-law Bill Heald, sister-in-law Judy Schieber, her son Marlon and daughter Madeleine

Sharon was preceded in death by her father Everett Dooms, mother Frances, brother Ken Biggs and sister Judy Heald.
