Together, they built a family and a legacy, owning and operating Dale Brisco, Inc., a manufacturing company in Fowler, California. Shirley was known for her elegance and style, always beautifully dressed, with her outfits, jewelry, and accessories perfectly coordinated. She loved shopping and traveling, but her true passion was spending time with her family. Her home was always filled with love, hugs, and laughter.      She was forgiving, kind, and full of joy, never speaking an ill word and always seeing the best in people.
