Born Roy Theodore Rose, Jr. on August 5th, 1936, to Roy Theodore Rose, Sr. and Evelyn M. Morrison in Fresno California.

Ted passed away on August 30, 2023.

Ted married Betty DeWitt on September 10th 1963.

He graduated from both Roosevelt High School and Fresno City College. Ted proudly worked for the Southern Pacific Railroad for 30 years.

He was preceded in death by son, Michael Alan Rose and  brother David Rose.

He is survived by his wife Betty Rose, his brother Virgil Rose and his wife Carol Rose, his two daughters; Carol Rose and Sheryl Hill and her husband Andy Hill, his three grandchildren; Eric and his wife Michelle, Teddie and her husband Dominic, Zachary and his fiancé Alex, and his four great-grandchildren; Caleb Theo, Rachel Elizabeth, Elijah Lucky, and Aaron James.

He was a friend of Bill W. for 52 years.

A Memorial Service will be held September 13th at 2:00 pm at Fowler Presbyterian Church.
