Odelia Holland Gann Ritchey was born to Tom and Minnie Holland on Saturday, July 28, 1928 in Yantis Texas. She passed away on December 15, 2025 in Reedley, California at the age of 97 years and 141 days.

In 1944 at the age of 16, she married Elvis Gann and together they had five children. They eventually divorced and went their separate ways. In 1946, she left Oklahoma and traveled with her parents and infant to California, where she continued to raise her family. She worked in the fields to support herself and five kids. In 1962, she married Joe Ritchey and they went on to have three daughters. Peggy Tartaglia, baby girl Ritchey and Carolyn Bryson. They were married 56 years at the time of his passing in 2018.

She is preceded in death by her husband Joe, her parents Tom and Minnie Holland, her daughter Baby Girl Ritchey, and her youngest son Lloyd Gann. Six brothers and three sisters also preceded her. She is survived by six of her eight children Judy Fox, Mary Gann, Louise O'Dell, Charlie Gann, Peggy Tartaglia, and Carolyn Bryson. Also left to carry on her legacy are 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren.

She had one of her 10 siblings that survives her, brother Carl Holland of Sanger. She also has many nieces and nephews in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas that she loved dearly.

It comforts her children to know that she is no longer in pain and that she is with her husband Joe and other loved ones.
