William "Bill" Navarro Romero
April 2, 1944 - May 5, 2025

It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of William Navarro Romero, who departed this life peacefully at home on May 5, 2025, at the age of 81.  Born on April 2, 1944, in Mesa, Arizona, William was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. He shared a life full of love and laughter with his beloved wife, Mary Olga Romero, and together they built a beautiful family rooted in strength and unity.

William was the proud father of William Jr, Irene, David, and Lisa, a cherished grandfather to Vanessa, Fernando Jr., David, Jessica, James, Amanda, Ritchie, Anyssa, Justin, Victoria, and Julianna, and a loving great-grandfather to Ethan, Izaac, Luke, Izaiah, Annalise, and Aaron.

He is also survived by his loving siblings: Dolores, Olivia, Alex, Juanita, and John John. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Helen, and siblings Ruben, George (Huero), and Sylvia, all of whom he held dearly in his heart.

A hardworking man with a warm soul, William dedicated 20 years of his life to Firestone as a tire recapper, followed by another 20 years in car sales, where he was well-known for his integrity and personable nature. Beyond his professional life, William found great joy in spending time with family, playing guitar, and using his hands to build and fix things-always ready to lend a hand or craft something meaningful. William will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his love of music, and the strong, quiet support he offered to everyone around him. His legacy will continue to shine in the hearts of all who had the honor of knowing him.

A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Lucy's Catholic Church. Family and friends are invited to join in honoring William's life and sharing the memories he left behind.
